As New Zealand's authorised distributor for Kawasaki (KPM) hydraulic components, FPD supplies and supports the K8V series — Kawasaki's closed-loop, variable-displacement axial piston pump built for hydrostatic transmission (HST) drive systems. Where the K3V/K5V/K7V/K3VL/K3VLS pumps power implement functions, K8V is the pump behind the travel/drive circuit on a wide range of off-highway machinery, and Kawasaki designed it to deliver world-leading efficiency and low noise in that role.
