Single Effect Overcenter Valve

A single-acting counterbalance (overcenter) valve designed to hold loads securely and prevent uncontrolled descent in single-acting hydraulic circuits. Available in aluminium or steel manifold construction, with a choice of pilot ratios to suit your application.

Key Specifications:

  • Valve type: Single effect overcenter
  • Max operating pressure: 275 bar (aluminium manifold) / 350 bar (steel manifold)
  • Port connections: Female BSPP — 1/4", 3/8", or 1/2"
  • Max flow: 30 l/min (1/4"), 40 l/min (3/8"), 60 l/min (1/2")
  • Standard pilot ratio: 4.25:1 (8:1 and 11:1 available on request)
  • Setting range: X series 30–210 bar / Y series 60–350 bar
  • Standard setting: 200 bar (X) / 300 bar (Y)
  • Fluid temperature: −20 °C to +90 °C
  • Ambient temperature: −20 °C to +50 °C
  • Filtration standard: ISO 4406

Standard seals: NBR 70 Shore A | Viton available on request

Manifold material: Raw aluminium or anodised aluminium

Adjustment options: Steel cap (std) or tamper-proof cap
