Danfoss OMP Series Gerotor Motor
Reliable, compact rotary power for medium-duty hydraulic drives. The Danfoss OMP is a proven orbital motor built for the kind of smooth, high-torque performance that machinery across NZ agriculture, construction, forestry and manufacturing depends on — day in, day out.
With displacements from 25 cc to 400 cc and continuous torque up to 300 Nm, the OMP handles everything from conveyors and augers to sweepers, winches and feed systems. Its robust, low-speed/high-torque design delivers strong starting torque and constant running torque across the full speed range.
Why specify the OMP:
- Geometric displacement: 25–400 cc/rev
- Max continuous oil flow: 60 L/min
- Max continuous torque: up to 300 Nm
- Max pressure drop: up to 140 bar (continuous)
- Smooth running across the entire speed range
- High starting torque and constant operating torque
- Optional High Pressure Shaft Seal (HPS) — high return pressure without a drain line
- Compact, durable build with high radial and axial bearing capacity
- Suits open and closed-loop circuits and a wide range of hydraulic fluids
Backed by Danfoss engineering and FPD's local stock and technical support, the OMP is a dependable choice when you need the right motor, fast. Not sure which OMP size suits your application? Talk to our team for sizing help.
