Stauff Manual Flow Indicator
Analogue STAUFF hydraulic testers with brass and aluminium housing for mechanical and therefore network-independent flow rate measuring of hydraulic media flow in mobile and industrial hydraulics.
SDM — Flow & Temperature Indicator
The SDM measures flow rate and temperature simultaneously via an integrated thermometer. A G1/4 port allows connection of an external pressure gauge for a full system snapshot.
Two series: SDM-750 (up to 420 bar / G3/4) and SDM-1500 (up to 350 bar / G1-1/2)
- Aluminium units: dual scale (l/min and GPM)
- Brass units: single scale (l/min, with separate oil and water ranges)
- Flow accuracy: ±4% FSD (at 28 cSt)
- Temperature range: +20°C to +110°C
- Suitable for mineral oil (aluminium) or HFC fluids and water (brass)
- Designed for in-line installation in straight tubes
SDMKR — Flow, Pressure & Temperature Indicator with Load Valve
The SDMKR adds a built-in load valve and integrated pressure gauge, enabling direct control of working pressure during system testing. Accepts reverse flow (without metering). Two rupture discs provide overpressure protection at >420 bar.
- Size 750 only; aluminium housing
- Flow ranges: 2–30, 5–60, 5–120, and 10–200 l/min
- Max. working pressure: 420 bar (6091 PSI)
- Pressure accuracy: ±1.6% FS
- Flow accuracy: ±4% FSD
- Integrated thermometer and glycerine-filled pressure gauge
