White Drive RS - 200 Orbital Motor

RS Series motors are the most economical model in the White Drive Products product line. Unlike competitive products using power robbing, two-piece rotor set designs with sliding contact points, RS Series motors utilise the patented Roller Stator® design.

• Patented Roller Stator® Design: The RS series uses seven precision rollers at the contact points between the star and the ring. This rolling contact (versus the sliding contact of competitors) reduces internal "power robbery," ensuring more torque reaches the output shaft.
• Low Start-up Pressure: Thanks to the reduced friction of the Roller Stator®, these motors require very little pressure to begin rotating. This makes them ideal for systems that require smooth, consistent movement at very low speeds.
• High-Pressure "Viton" Shaft Seal: As a standard feature, the RS motor comes with a high-pressure seal that can handle back pressure without the need for a dedicated case drain line. This simplifies the plumbing for NZ farmers and mobile mechanics.
• Pressure-Fed Bearings: Internal passages ensure that the bearing surfaces receive a positive flow of clean, cool oil, which significantly extends the motor's life in high-duty cycle applications like car wash brushes or continuous feed conveyors.
• Forced Drive Link Lubrication: White Drive uses a specialized lubrication path for the internal drive link (the part connecting the gear set to the shaft), reducing wear on the splines—a common failure point in lesser orbital motors.
• Direct Interchangeability: The RS series (often prefixed with 200- or 201-) is a high-performance "drop-in" alternative for the Eaton Char-Lynn H Series (101-), Danfoss OMP, and M+S MP series.

Shaft Options

#10 - 1" Straight Keyed. The industry standard for general-purpose applications. Includes a standard square key.

#02 - 6B Spline. Ideal for high-torque applications where a keyed shaft might shear; matches standard agricultural implements.

#0113 Tooth Spline. A common interface for compact industrial drives and hydraulic pump couplings.

#13 - 1" Tapered. Used specifically for high-load applications like wheel drives or pulleys; includes a slotted locknut.

#12 - 25mm Straight. The European metric standard, featuring an 8mm key. Great for replacing Danfoss OMP motors.

#05 / #53 - 1" with Pinhole. Features a cross-drilled pinhole (.373" or .406") for securing drive hubs without a keyway.

#15 / #16 - Speed Sensor Shaft. Specifically machined to work with White's integrated speed sensor for electronic RPM monitoring.
